Refund Policy

At Rupiio, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Personalized/customized cases or covers are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance events may not be eligible for return unless defective.


3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must raise a return request through our support channel within the return period.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) and clear product images may be required.

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us in secure packaging.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

  • If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items.

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may proceed with a return request after delivery.
