  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email from our delivery partner.

  • Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier’s tracking page.


5. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rupiio is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or regional restrictions.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Orders with incorrect information may be delayed or returned.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with clear pictures of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier company.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
